Originally from Dunn, a small city in eastern North Carolina, I came to Charlotte to attend UNC Charlotte and fell in love with the Queen City. My wife Kristi and I were married in 2003 and now live just over the river in Belmont with our daughter Abbey and dog Ernie. I enjoy books, music, landscaping and collecting antiques. When not working, you can usually catch me relaxing around the house, working in the yard or playing games with my daughter.
My broad experience gained throughout the past several years has prepared me for a lot of challenges that I come across on a day to day basis, but my education will never be complete.
